Eye for Detail - Sample Report

Our reports are custom designed, and contain only information which is relevant to each home. They are computer generated and in narrative format (descriptions are given clearly in full sentences, using non-technical terms wherever possible), which means that they are easy to read and understand. We do not use checklist reports, as they can be difficult to understand and contain much extraneous information.

Our reports can be printed, bound and delivered to you at the conclusion of the inspection (in most cases). Each report contains digital photos and detailed descriptions for each issue that we uncover during our inspection. We also include easy to understand details of the materials and methods used to construct your home, and a description of the different systems which we inspected.

At the end of every inspection, we will sit down with you and explain the report in detail. The inspection is never over until you are comfortable that you understand all of the items listed in the report, and we have answered all of your questions to your satisfaction.

If requested, a copy of the report will also be sent to you in .pdf format (via e-mail). This 'soft-copy' of the report can be forwarded to the real estate agent, the listing agent, or anyone else that you would like to recieve a copy of the report.
