Eye for Detail Home Inspections

Our reports are custom designed, and contain only information which is relevant to each home. They are computer generated and in narrative format (descriptions are given clearly in full sentences, using non-technical terms wherever possible), which means that they are easy to read and understand. We do not use checklist reports, as they can be difficult to understand and contain much extraneous information.

Our reports are completed and delivered to our clients the same day as the inspection (in most cases). Reports are created in the widely used .pdf format, and this 'soft-copy' can be forwarded to your real estate agent, the listing agent, or anyone else that you would like to recieve a copy of the report. Each report contains digital photos and detailed descriptions for each issue that we uncover during our inspection. We also include easy to understand details of the materials and methods used to construct your home, and a description of the different systems which we inspected.

At the end of every inspection, we are happy to take as much time as necessary to explain our findings in as much detail as you desire. The inspection is never over until you are comfortable that you understand all of the issues related to the home, and until we have answered all of your questions to your satisfaction.

If requested, a printed and bound copy of the report can also be sent to you through the mail.
