Inspection Services
The most typical type of home inspection. A buyer's inspection is performed after the buyer and seller of the home have come to an agreement and entered into a real estate contract. The buyer of the home hires the home inspector to perform a generalist inspection, searching for deficiencies or issues which could affect the sale or purchase price of the home.

In addition to identifying and reporting on issues, a good inspector will also take the time to make the buyer aware of any short-term or long term maintenance concerns which will require action after escrow has been closed and the home is to be occupied. This is what separates us from most other home inspection companies. The inspection is not over until all of the buyer's questions are answered (no matter how long that takes), and we avail ourselves by phone or e-mail for any questions down the road.

Buyer's Inspection
Pre-Listing Inspection
For homeowners who are preparing to list (or have listed) their home on the real estate market. A pre-listing inspection allows a homeowner to tackle any potential obstacles which would otherwise only be found when a potential buyer had the home inspected for themselves.

Warranty Inspection
For owners of a new home which is within a month (or two) of the end of its builder's warranty. This type of inspection is very important, as many serious issues which may not be evident (and would likely be covered by the builder's one year warranty) become the responsibilty of the home owner once the warranty has expired.
